Green Goddess Smoothie - Recipe

Our bodies are Earth - whatever you find on Earth, you will find in our bodies. If you look at the Earth from a distance, you see alot of green and blue! That means you - your body - should comprise of alot of greens and blues (water)!
In celebration of Earth Day, I am encouraging everyone to start drinking green smoothies. We do it everyday! They are different every time, but here is a good starting recipe and you can change it up as you want.


Green Goddess Smoothie:
In a blender combine almond milk/coconut milk (or both), a huge handful of fresh raw spinach/kale/collards/lettuces (or a combo of all of them), a banana, an apple, lemon juice, a little flax seed, a little shredded coconut, a tablespoon of spiralina (or any super green mix you like) and ice. Blend until smooth and ENJOY!
