One of my favorite snacks is Goji Berries. I have been adding them into salads, with yogart and granola, now I found this great smoothie recipe that calls for them. Nolan, of course, love them, and calls them "go-ge"!! I also have a raw granola recipe that uses them (look under "recipe" posts).
Mango Goji Smoothie:
(1) fresh mango
(2) cups coconut water, or more to desired consistency
(2-4) Tbs Agave nectar
1/4 cup Goji Berries
Juice of 1 Lime
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth!! Enjoy!
